Co-ordinating the dispatch of rescue and recovery personnel equipment and resources accross the North East of England.
Experience of the motor trade or some mechanical / vehicle knowledge including electic and hybrid vehicles with good geographical knowledge of the North East area is advantageous.
After training you will gain the ability to work under pressure whilst keeping to set time targets and be able to maintain an ever changing dynamic and fluid resourcing plan. High standards of professionalism and excellent customer service with a good telephone manner are required in this role as you will sometimes be dealing with emergency services and customers who have been involved in roadside incidents. A good working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office will assist you in your role.
