What kinds of data do we keep and for how long

Communications at CF Motoring Services, both voice (telephone) and data (email) are recorded for training and (or) quality assurance purposes. We keep this data for a period of 3 months before it is deleted. We may keep verbal authorisations or instructions linked to carrying out work on you behalf for longer than this in line with work provider warranty requirements.

All CF Motoring Services sites and fleet vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking systems and CCTV, this is continuously monitored and includes audio, this footage is encypted and securely stored on off site off site cloud servers.

Your Personal Information CF Motoring Services Ltd will collect information about you when you use our services solely in order for us to provide the required services requested by you, your insurer or motoring club. We will lawfully process this data to enable us to provide you with these services.
